Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to monitor the day-to-day work of employees across all departments and provide structured reports to management. The ideal candidate will ensure accountability, maintain workflow transparency, and support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily tasks of employees across all departments.
• Record work status, highlight delays, and escalate concerns when required.
• Compile and submit daily/weekly reports to the Manager.
• Coordinate with team leaders to verify updates and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, task completion, and workflow progress.
• Assist the Manager in ensuring productivity standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Operations, HR, or equivalent.
• Strong observation, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (other Indian languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
