Position: Operations Coordinator
Location: Kochi (Candidates settled within Kochi city limits preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About Us

We are a diversified business group with interests in construction, oil & gas, fuel outlets, commercial buildings, real estate, and e-tendering projects. To streamline and strengthen our operations across these channels, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to support our General Manager in daily operations and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across multiple business units including construction, fuel outlets, oil & gas, commercial real estate, and e-tender projects.
• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure smooth communication and workflow between different departments.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships; monitor performance and compliance.
• Oversee logistics, facilities, retail, warehouses, and dark store operations.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Conduct site visits and inspections (approx. 25% travel requirement).
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of projects.
• Support tender documentation and submission process.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in retail, warehousing, facility management, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); must be tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Flexibility to travel within operational sites (approx. 25%).
