Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Documentation Head to lead our documentation team at DESMA International. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and handling overseas nursing registration documentation—especially for countries such as the UK, Ireland, Canada, the USA, Germany, Malta, and GCC nations—and should possess strong leadership skills to effectively guide a team of documentation executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end documentation process for nurses applying for licensure in the UK, Ireland, Canada, the USA, Germany, Malta, and GCC nations and other European countries.
• Ensure accurate collection, review, and verification of all required documents from the candidates.
• Keep updated with changing guidelines from NMC, NMBI, MNC, and other European regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with hospitals, nursing councils, embassies, and translators to ensure timely document acquisition.
• Lead and train the documentation team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely submissions.
• Create and implement documentation SOPs and process flows for consistent operational efficiency.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex documentation issues or delays.
• Collaborate closely with the case handling, admissions, and visa teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration).
• Proven experience in documentation handling within a consultancy or international registration framework.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage a team and meet submission deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and document management software.
• Proficient in document tracking systems and MS Office tools
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with nurse migration processes (Australia, New Zealand, UK, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of European nurse registration systems (NMC, NMBI, MNC, etc.) Knowledge of NCLEX-RN, OSCE, and ANMAC procedures.
• Familiarity with credential evaluation processes like NARIC/ENIC is a plus
