With a focus on innovation and expertise, Altera Digital Health is at the forefront of driving a new era of healthcare technology, inspiring healthier communities worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on Requests, Incidents, and enhancements for ServiceNow - Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow - Design, implement, test, and deploy business rules/flows, etc. - Technical knowledge of client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs, SLAs, and notifications - Create and use update sets to move changes between ServiceNow instances - Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment - Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current - Share technical knowledge with the team - Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-4 years of total experience - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow as an admin or developer - Worked on ITSM module in ServiceNow - Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog/Request Core Process Areas - ServiceNow administration experience - ITIL knowledge - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Good written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience If you are seeking a challenging role in the healthcare technology sector and possess the required qualifications and experience, Altera may have an exciting opportunity for you.,
