Role & responsibilities Circulation of BOQ and getting quotes from Vendors for various fit out works which includes Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, CCTV, FAS and FPS, Signages, VM Elements, Negotiating and finalizing price for several sub contract works and bought out items (CCTV , Light fixtures , Shop fixture .etc) and ensure they mobilize resources as per agreed timelines and ensure project started as per schedule. Exploring cost savings in all categories of clients procurement and ensure cost savings are realized. Pan india vendor sourcing for several fit out works of clients Reviewing technical drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly by vendors while execution of works. Following up with vendors for contract works and bought out works , ensure they deliver works or material as per timelines of the project. Any changes or modifications in the drawings , updating vendors to facilitate them execute works as per modifications. Review of Non-Tender works( Extra works) executed by vendor and provide complete cost analysis of the works executed as non-Tender and finalize the price. As per the requirement, monitoring and following up the works at site before handing over the site to client and ensure that project is handed over as per timelines agreed with client. Execution of POC of prospective clients and providing cost saving opportunity. Preferred Skills Technical knowledge in Civil & Interior, Electrical , HVAC works. Handling Autocad drawings.
