Operations Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their Business operations and challenges.
• Data Analysis: Conduct operational audits, collect data, analysis information, and interpret findings to identify operational issues.
• Strategic Development: Develop strategic plans, recommend new systems and processes, and advise on operational strategy and supply chain management.
• Implementation & Management: Oversee the implementation of tailored solutions, manage projects from inception to completion, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work with client stakeholders, including senior management, to achieve objectives and ensure successful adoption of new practices.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of findings and present recommendations to clients.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong abilities to analysis data, identify problems, and formulate effective solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and their staff.
• Project Management: The ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business processes, supply chain logistics, and financial management.
