Operations Consultant

As a part of Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, you will be contributing to delivering health IT solutions that support caregivers globally. Your role will involve working with solutions like Sunrise, Paragon, Altera TouchWorks, Altera Opal, STAR, HealthQuest, and dbMotion, driving a new era of healthcare by leveraging technology and human experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on Requests, Incidents, and enhancements for ServiceNow - Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow - Design, implement, test, and deploy business rules/flows - Utilize technical knowledge of client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs, SLAs, and notifications - Create and use update sets to move changes between ServiceNow instances - Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment - Keep ServiceNow skills current and share technical knowledge with the team - Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow as an admin or developer - Experience in ITSM module in ServiceNow and following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog/Request - ServiceNow administration experience - ITIL knowledge - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience At Altera Digital Health, you will be a part of a team that is shaping the future of healthcare technology.
