JD: Operations Co-ordinator:

Job Summary:

The Operations Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities related to equipment deployment, resource planning, documentation, and communication between sites, clients, and internal departments.
This is primarily an office-based role that focuses on efficient coordination, operational planning, and data management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with operators and site supervisors for daily work reporting.
  • Liaise with customers to collect feedback, address complaints, and follow up on service issues.
  • Follow up with billing and finance teams for timely invoicing and payments.
  • Coordinate with HR for statutory compliance and client-specific requirements.
  • Work with sales teams to track equipment release dates and availability at sites.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing of equipment at client locations.
  • Maintain operational documents, reports, logs, and client records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering | Electrical Engineering | Electro Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in operations coordination, plant & machinery management, or similar office-based role.
  • Industry Preference: Equipment rental, construction, infrastructure, or heavy machinery operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Google sheet , ERP or MIS tools preferred.
  • Good understanding of equipment operations and mechanical systems.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.

Salaries & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹29,166 – ₹37,500 per month CTC.
  • Final salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience and interview performance.
  • Employee will be on company payroll.
  • Eligible for all applicable labour law benefits.
