Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise and support office support staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and reception.
  • Manage scheduling, usage, and maintenance of office vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of office space allocation and seating arrangements.
  • Coordinate any office moves, space planning, or reorganization.
  • Ensure general upkeep of the office environment in coordination with facility services.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
