• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Schedule client calls, share MOMs, and manage follow-ups
• Track deliverables, timelines, and commitments
• Share performance reports prepared by internal teams
• Proactively flag risks, delays, or client concerns

• Track tasks and progress using project management tools
• Ensure SOPs and timelines are followed across teams
• Coordinate between design, media, and content teams
• Log scope creep, delays, and delivery issues
• Maintain basic reporting, documentation, and trackers

• 1.5–3 years of experience in a

  marketing agency or fast-paced startup

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using

  Notion, Google Sheets, Slack

  , or similar tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Calm under pressure and deadline-focused
• Keen to grow into a larger operations or client management role
