Junior Performance Marketer Meta Lead Generation Specialist

As a Junior Performance Marketer at Hanta Worldwide, you will be responsible for running Meta Lead Generation Campaigns for top brands in sectors such as real estate, healthcare, and D2C. Your role will involve setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. You will test ad creatives, audience segments, and placements to improve CPL, analyze performance reports, and optimize for conversions. Additionally, you will utilize Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Suite for end-to-end execution and maintain performance dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets. Collaboration with design and strategy teams for ad creatives and landing pages will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns - Test ad creatives, audience segments, and placements to drive better CPL - Analyze performance reports and optimize for conversions - Use Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Suite for end-to-end execution - Maintain performance dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets - Collaborate with design and strategy teams for ad creatives and landing pages Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience running Meta Lead Generation or performance campaigns - Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel/Events setup, and A/B testing - Basic understanding of custom & lookalike audiences - Good analytical skills and Excel proficiency for reporting - Based in Delhi NCR, open to hybrid work (2 days/week in Gurgaon office) At Hanta Worldwide, you will have the opportunity to work on live ad budgets and real campaigns from day one.
