Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  lead generation campaigns
• Test ad creatives, audience segments, and placements to drive better CPL
• Analyze performance reports and optimize for conversions
• Use

  Meta Ads Manager

  ,

  Events Manager

  , and

  Business Suite

  for end-to-end execution
• Maintain performance dashboards in

  Excel / Google Sheets

• Collaborate with design and strategy teams for ad creatives and landing pages

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience running

  Meta Lead Generation

  or performance campaigns
• Strong knowledge of

  Meta Ads Manager

  ,

  Pixel/Events setup

  , and

  A/B testing

• Basic understanding of custom & lookalike audiences

• Good analytical skills and Excel proficiency for reporting

• Based in Delhi NCR
