From Amazon to ancient Ayurveda, we blend business, design, and digital growth with impact and integrity. 🚀 Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for a fresher or young professional ready to wear many hats — business ops, tech execution, design, and AI-fueled automation. If you’ve got a clean diet and a clean mind (most days 😜), and can execute smart ideas fast, this could be your moment. Satvik by nature. 🧩 You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading daily business operations (Amazon, B2B, CRM, email handling).Owning technology and digital systems — think Odoo, website backend, SEO habits, AI tools - ChatGPT, Canva and other AI leveraging tools.Maintaining and improving website, e-commerce flows, and design assets including videos.Testing and implementing AI tools to improve workflows (ChatGPT, n8n, , etc).Supporting branding, product launches, client outreach, and events.Assisting in inventory, packaging flows, and coordination with India-based suppliers.Helping build a sustainable growth system that runs without micro-management. 🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You: Are tech-savvy with a basic understanding of tools, platforms, and ideally some coding (HTML, Python, or JS is a plus).Have used Odoo, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Canva, Figma, or similar tools (or can learn fast).Live a healthy Satvik lifestyle and are genuinely interested in plant-based food, wellness, and sustainability.Think logically, act decisively, and execute without needing a push every 2 hours.Have experimented with AI tools and want to build a business around their use.Communicate clearly (English + Hindi preferred, Spanish is a plus).Are honest about your strengths and weaknesses and open to feedback.Want to learn, grow, and maybe even replace the founder one day.Have a fast operating system/computer with a minimum RAM size of 8/12 GB and a good Hard Drive.Work in a Clean and Structured manner. We will be conducting multiple Video interviews. 💸 Compensation & Perks: First month is fixed stipend (trial phase).After proof of execution, performance-based incentives or commission structures kick in.Remote-first, flexible hours (output over hours).Learn directly from the founder — across operations, branding, wellness, and tech automation.Spanish Language course will be provided during the early stages of employment.Possibility of future travel within India, leadership role, and long-term partnership/equity options for the right candidate/s.
