About the Role

The Operations BD role will support iKure’s growing portfolio of medtech collaborations, WHIMS licensing opportunities, CSR partnerships, and the rollout of Health Cards. This role combines operational execution with business development responsibilities, identifying and driving opportunities through strong partner engagement and field coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership & Business Development

- Engage with Rotary chapters, Lions Clubs, foundations, NGOs, CSR teams, hospitals, and industry associations to identify business opportunities.

- Proactively build and maintain relationships that support medtech adoption, Health Card expansion, and WHIMS licensing.

- Represent iKure in meetings, events, and partner discussions, ensuring alignment and follow-through on agreed actions.

2. Medtech & WHIMS Licensing Support

- Identify and pursue potential licensing prospects for WHIMS and other technology platforms across Karnataka and neighbouring regions.

- Coordinate deployment and operational integration of medtech devices within field locations and partner facilities.

- Work with Technology and Training teams for onboarding, troubleshooting, and field adoption.

3. CSR & Project Coordination

- Engage with CSR partners to scope, design, and operationalise health programmes.

- Coordinate field work, reporting, partner meetings, and documentation as per CSR requirements.

- Ensure compliance with partner expectations and maintain transparent communication.

4. Health Card Programme Support

- Support planning, rollout, and expansion of Health Cards across assigned regions.

- Coordinate with CHWs, partner organisations, and local stakeholders to drive enrolment and utilisation.

- Track field performance, barriers, and operational issues for timely resolution.

5. Operational Execution & Field Engagement

- Work closely with field teams to ensure smooth implementation of programmes and interventions.

- Conduct periodic field visits to assess performance, collect insights, and strengthen local partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Training, M&E, BD) for seamless cross-functional execution.

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare business development updates, partner reports, and internal briefs.

- Maintain trackers for medtech deployments, Health Cards, CSR deliverables, and partnership pipelines.

- Provide operational insights to strengthen business development strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in operations, business development, CSR execution, community health, or medtech partnerships.

- Prior experience liaising with Rotary, CSR teams, NGOs, or healthcare institutions is preferred.

- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Comfortable with field travel within Karnataka and neighbouring states.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured, process-driven environment.

- Familiarity with digital health tools, medtech devices, or health programme operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
