Job Description

We are looking for

Operations Associates

who will support the operations team in managing end-to-end operational workflows, data tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Salary

: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Handling and managing leads
Working extensively on Excel for data tracking and reporting
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external clients
Assisting in handling and executing projects end-to-end
Support administrative and operational tasks — which may include data clean-up, record maintenance, process documentation, and any ad-hoc support as needed.

Eligibility

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of operations and project handling
