Operations Associate

Role: Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join our team at R L Tours and Travels. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. Qualifications and Skills · Graduate/Post graduate from any stream · Work experience: 0-3 years · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Good at MS-Excel · Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities · Ability to manage and lead a team effectively · Good sales and customer service skills · Proficient in internet surfing and using travel management software · Attention to detail and ability to multitask · Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations · Knowledge of travel regulations and documentation procedures · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment · Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory Roles and Responsibilities · Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency · Handle bookings, reservations, and ticketing for domestic and international travel · Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable options · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service · Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions · Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner · Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination · Stay updated with industry trends and travel regulations · Contribute to the growth and success of the company through proactive measures. · Build and maintain relationships with vendors such as hotels, airlines, and transportation providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for the company. · Monitor the quality of services provided by vendors to ensure they meet the company's standards. Address any issues of the clients · Ensure that all travel documents and permits are in order.
