We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for our events and exhibition booth design and build services.

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to help coordinate exhibition and event projects. You’ll work with teams, manage timelines, liaise with vendors, and support on-site execution in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with design, production, and client servicing teams to manage project flow.

• Track project timelines, checklists, and progress reports.
• Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers for timely execution.
• Support on-site booth setup at exhibitions across India and overseas.
• Assist with procurement, BOQs, and logistics planning.
• Maintain project documentation – drawings, approvals, contracts, reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Experience & Skills:

• 1–4 years in exhibitions, events, or interiors.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving attitude and high ownership.
• Team player, flexible, and willing to travel for projects.
