Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Associate, based in Dehradun. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and improving operational efficiency. Tasks include analyzing operational processes, providing customer service, and maintaining communication between different departments. The role also includes addressing issues and finding solutions to enhance organizational performance.
