Job Description

As an Operations Associate at FemiSafe India PVT.LTD, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflows across departments. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will contribute to the success of our growing consumer brand. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Inventory Management:** - Assist in tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and resolving discrepancies. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely inventory delivery and replenishment. - Optimize inventory processes to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. - **Order Processing and Fulfillment:** - Accurately process customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment. - Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline order prioritization and fulfillment. - Monitor order status, address delays, and respond to customer queries promptly. - **Logistics Coordination:** - Arrange transportation and shipping with logistics partners for customer, distributor, and retail deliveries. - Track shipments, update stakeholders on delivery status, and propose shipping process optimizations. - Resolve logistics challenges efficiently to ensure timely deliveries. - **Administrative Support:** - Assist the Operations Manager and team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and document preparation. - Maintain accurate records related to inventory, orders, and logistics activities. - Handle inquiries professionally and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders. - **Process Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for operational process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Monitor KPIs to track process effectiveness and suggest optimizations for improved efficiency. - Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent English communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Proactive, adaptable mindset, problem-solving skills, and commitment to professionalism. - Ability to think critically, analyze situations, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, as well as paid sick time. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in person.,
