Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and directing warehouse employees Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor order processing and implement improvements to reduce order processing time Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines. Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any variances promptly. Manage and optimize storage space to ensure efficient use of warehouse capacity. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: Prior warehouse management experience (minimum one year) Experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not required Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel Strong organizational and multitasking skills Show more Show less
