Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at DATAPKT Private Limited, you will play a key role in supporting project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery across GIS and drone survey assignments. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery across GIS and drone survey assignments. - Monitoring daily progress and milestones through updates from team leads. - Maintaining project schedules, documentation, and resource tracking. - Coordinating with internal teams - field, processing, and technical - for timely project execution. - Reviewing field progress reports to ensure compliance with operational and data quality standards. - Identifying potential risks or delays and taking corrective action. - Assisting in QA/QC coordination and final deliverable validation. - Preparing periodic progress and status reports for management and clients. - Tracking operational expenses and assisting with cost control documentation. - Contributing to process improvements, operational efficiency, and project growth initiatives. What we're looking for in an ideal candidate: - 0-2 years of experience in operations or field coordination (freshers welcome). - Excellent communication & coordination skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools. - Knowledge in GIS and Remote Sensing Software including ESRI ArcGIS Suite, QGIS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, DGPS/GNSS Survey Tools, Total Station data handling, Drone Survey Processing Software such as Pix4D and Agisoft Metashape, and Satellite imagery analysis.
