About the Role:

Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy:

  Develop compelling and relatable content for social media, working with in-house creators and influencers.

• Influencer & Creator Management:

  Continuously scout, onboard, and manage collaborations

  with influencers and content creators to amplify brand presence.

• UGC Ad Creative Development:

  Actively create and optimize UGC ad creatives for paid campaigns across platforms with the help of creators.

• Trend & Performance Analysis:

  Keep up with industry trends, analyze content performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

• Visual Storytelling:

  Build a strong brand narrative through engaging visuals, videos, and copy.

• Moment & Event-Based Marketing:

  Leverage festive, seasonal, and trending moments to craft impactful marketing campaigns.

What we are looking for :

• Proven experience in

  social media content strategy

  , influencer marketing, and UGC ad creative development.
• Strong understanding of

  content performance metrics

  and ability to optimize for engagement & conversions.
• Ability to

  identify and capitalize on trends

  to create viral, high-performing content.
• Hands-on experience with

  video content, reels, and storytelling techniques

  .
• Passion for home decor, design, and lifestyle content is a plus.
