• Convert long-form videos (like masterclasses) into

  short-form hits

  and evergreen explainers.
• Analyse performance data (watch time, retention, engagement) and use it to shape your next big idea.
• Build

  repeatable content IPs

  — formats that scale, not one-offs.
• Own the entire pipeline →

  ideation → scripting → storyboarding → publishing → analysis.
