Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Operations and Sales Coordinator. The Coordinator will handle day-to-day operations, including inventory management, client communication, and coordination between departments. The role also involves supporting the sales team by preparing sales reports, managing customer orders, and handling after-sales support. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in optimizing operational processes and ensuring seamless workflow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare proposals, presentations & contracts

✔ Track leads & sales pipeline using CRM tools

✔ Liaise with clients for meetings & follow-ups

✔ Generate Sales Orders in Tally ERP Prime

✔ Ensure efficiency in daily operations & reporting

Qualifications

• Operational and inventory management experience
• Customer service and client communication skills
• Sales support skills, including report preparation and order management
• Ability to work collaboratively between departments
• Proficiency in optimizing and handling operational processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree

Graduate in any discipline

💻 Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Workspace

• 📊 Experience with Tally ERP Prime (preferred)
