Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in delivering high-quality results and driving operational excellence. Roles and Responsibility Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities.
