About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Management/Operations Administrator to support day-to-day business operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh management graduates who are eager to learn and grow in an administrative and operational capacity. You'll work closely with internal teams, help manage schedules, support reporting, and ensure smooth back-office operations.

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor’s degree in Management / BBA / BMS or related field

· Fresh graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply

· Basic understanding of business operations and administration

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks

· Coordinate between departments and support internal communication

· Maintain records, reports, and databases accurately

· Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points

· Support procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination as needed

· Help in creating basic documentation, presentations, or reports

Skills Required

· Strong organisational and multitasking skills

· Basic MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency

· Good verbal and written communication

· Team player with a problem-solving attitude

· Eagerness to learn and take initiative
