We are looking for a hands-on technical person to manage day-to-day IT operations, server stability, website monitoring, CRM integrations, and basic troubleshooting. You will work closely with the System Architect to maintain stability and support the transition into a more automated, AI-driven structure.
Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor server uptime, CPU load, memory, storage, and security alerts (AWS EC2 / Cloud setups).2. Oversee website stability (WordPress + plugins + hosting environment).3. Handle basic Linux commands, SSH, file navigation, permission issues, and log monitoring.4. Maintain integrations between LeadSquared, WATI, Servetel, Make.com, Meta, and other APIs.5. Record logs, diagnose failures, and communicate issues quickly.6. Support routine tasks: backups, cron checks, connector verification, and webhook status.7. Coordinate with internal team for lead flow, CRM updates, connector errors, and broken automations.8. Work with manager to test and deploy new automations or small scripts.
