Operations Administrator Company: PESTWISE Type: Full-Time Work Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM Days: Monday to Friday About the Role PESTWISE is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support and oversee daily business operations. The position will begin as work-from-home for the first three months . After a successful evaluation, the selected candidate will transition to an office-based position . We are open to training the right candidate especially someone who is strong with computers, communicates well in English, and is eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and operational tasks Organize and review reports, records, and documentation Coordinate schedules and follow-ups for field and office activities Prepare invoices, quotes, and internal company forms Respond to emails and calls promptly and professionally Maintain accurate digital filing systems and data records Communicate daily with management through video calls, chat, and email Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion Learn and use company management software (training provided) Work Hours 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM Monday to Friday Compensation ₹35,000/month during remote phase (first 3 months) ₹45,000–₹55,000/month after transition to office work (based on experience) Further increments based on growth, performance, and responsibilities Salary growth will depend on performance, reliability, and ability to manage operations independently.
