Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero, to facilitate efficient bookkeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation
• Monitor and track expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Experience

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
