CSM Enablement & Workflow Management:
Design, build, and deploy standardized SuccessPlays , tasks, and campaign templates within Totango to guide CSMs through key stages of the customer lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, business reviews, renewal).
Create and maintain operational dashboards in Totango to help CSMs manage their book of business, daily tasks, and customer health.
Serve as the first point of contact for the CS team for questions related to our processes and systems.
Content & Training:
Develop and maintain clear process documentation, internal knowledge base articles, and how-to guides for the CS team.
Create engaging training content (e.g., slide decks, short videos, job aids) for new hire onboarding and continuous team education.
Partner with the People/Enablement team to upload, organize, and manage all CS-related training materials within our Learning Management System (Workday Learning).
Operational Support:
Assist with data hygiene projects to ensure customer information is accurate in our systems.
Support the CS leadership team with ad-hoc reporting and data requests.
Help configure and test new features or workflows within the CS tech stack.
Work experience with track record of reliable office related experience leveraging Microsoft tools
