We are a fast-growing startup seeking a motivated and organized *Remote Team & Strategy Manager (Female)* to lead and manage our remote customer support team. Our unique voice-calling app connects users directly with staff, who are compensated based on call minutes. This key leadership role combines *team management, strategic planning, and performance monitoring*, offering excellent growth opportunities as the company expands.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage and oversee a remote team of 30-40 customer support staff working part-time or full-time on fixed shifts.

* Develop and implement *strategic plans* to enhance staff performance and improve user engagement.

* Lead onboarding, training, and continuous performance management for all team members.

* Monitor call targets and ensure staff meet productivity goals.

* Handle staff reporting, banning, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

* Organize shift scheduling and track attendance efficiently.

* Foster effective communication within the team to boost morale and productivity.

* Report regularly to company directors on team performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

* 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

### *Requirements:*

* Female candidate with strong management and leadership skills.

* Fluent in *Malayalam (mandatory)* and proficient in English.

* Experience managing remote teams is an advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, and common communication tools).

* Ability to handle performance tracking, reporting, and strategic planning.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable managing part-time and full-time remote workers.

* Starting salary: ₹10,000/month during a 3-month probation period.

* After probation, potential to earn up to ₹30,000/month based on performance.
