Job Description Experienced in Process Auditing and Quality Management Systems with a strong foundation in SMT and box build assembly processes, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Contribute to enhancing quality and reliability through effective process audits and adherence to QMS standards. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency in SMT and box build operations. Support problem-solving initiatives using root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Learn advanced methodologies in process engineering and quality control to increase technical proficiency. Gain deeper understanding of end-to-end manufacturing workflows, including integration of new technologies. Develop leadership skills by supporting junior staff and engaging in cross-team knowledge sharing. Key Skills And Experience You Have: Diploma or graduate with 3 years of experience in SMT and box build assembly processes. Experience with process audits and QMS standards. Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis. Strong coordination and communication within teams. It would be nice if you also had: Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
