Position: Operations Manager (Security & Facility Management Services)

Location: Delhi-NCR

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within a private security company (preference for ex-servicemen from Army/Navy/Air Force/BSF).

CTC Annually: Rs. 8.40 Lac to 12.00 Lac /Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage security personnel across multiple sites, ensuring high performance, discipline, and compliance.

Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Handle risk assessment, emergency response, and crisis management effectively.

Build strong client relationships and explore opportunities for business growth.

Oversee training, performance evaluation, and professional development of staff.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to manage large teams and high-pressure situations.
