Operation Manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining service quality, and driving operational excellence. The role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset to achieve guest satisfaction and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure high service standards.
• Support the General Manager in implementing operational strategies and policies.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth functioning of all areas.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Control operational costs and monitor budget utilization.
• Assist in recruitment and retention of staff.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and ensure quick resolution.
• Ensure hotel facilities and services are well-maintained at all times.
• Prepare reports on operations, occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in hotel operations or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) preferred.
