Operation Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing order fulfillment, and optimizing processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily order processing, coordinating with the packing team for accurate and timely packaging, and assigning deliveries efficiently to the logistics team. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, implementing quality control measures, and troubleshooting any operational delays or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to maintain operational SOPs, track key performance indicators such as order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency, and communicate effectively with customer support to resolve any order-related issues promptly. Your role will also involve continuously optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, along with strong leadership and team management skills. The ability to handle high-pressure situations, familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics tracking tools, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior experience in grocery, e-commerce, or food delivery operations would be a plus.
