Operation Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in the food industry. Your main responsibilities will include supervising production, inventory, and supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, optimizing operational efficiency, managing and leading teams, monitoring quality control, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and implementing health & safety protocols in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing, possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and industry regulations, and the ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively.
