Position Overview The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing department heads, maintaining quality control, and implementing procedures to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest feedback or complaints effectively. Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational excellence. Coordinate with HR for staff training, performance reviews, and team development. Work closely with the General Manager on strategic planning and revenue management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality standards are maintained. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence.
