Operation Manager

We are looking a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager (MBA) to oversee daily business operations and lead our sales and support teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between departments, drive sales performance, and contribute significantly to the company’s overall growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the sales team to achieve organisational goals.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency across departments
• Develop and implement effective business strategies and processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and academic teams.
• Prepare reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Support management in planning, decision-making, and execution of new initiatives.
• Lead performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and track departmental Kips
• Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, industry-aligned programs.
• Drive innovation in operations to support technology-driven and skill development initiatives.

Qualification And Skills

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognised university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations or Sales Management (preferably in the Ed-tech industry) is an advantage.
• Proactive and dynamic freshers are also eligible to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
