Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery of operational services, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with business goals. You will be responsible for implementing ITIL-based service management practices, monitoring SLAs, incidents, and change controls, and building strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, mentor teams, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and scalability.
