The Operations Manager role is available at a fast-growing, 100% export-oriented tractor parts trading & manufacturing company located at Changodar. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing operations and administration in MSME environments. You should possess a strong engineering background and previous experience in leading a team of 10-15 members. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing smooth business operations and administration, collaborating with management and various departments to ensure the organization's goals are met, and managing purchasing, inventory, processes, dispatches, and general administration. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and a yearly bonus.
