Operation Manager

As an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager at our company, your role involves managing and overseeing daily operational processes effectively. You will be responsible for handling requisitions efficiently, ensuring timely approvals, and coordinating GRN processes. Your expertise in tracking materials, monitoring inventory status, and ensuring timely availability will be crucial for the smooth functioning of operations. Additionally, maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal departments, negotiating rates, timelines, and terms, and preparing reports to support management decisions are key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily operational processes. - Handle requisitions efficiently and ensure timely approvals. - Coordinate and follow up on GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes. - Track materials, monitor inventory status, and ensure timely availability. - Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments. - Negotiate rates, timelines, and terms with suppliers and service providers. - Prepare reports and support management in decision-making. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role. - Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills. - In-depth knowledge of requisition, GRN, materials tracking, and follow-up. - Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
