Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage night-shift sales operations in Jalandhar. The role involves overseeing sales processes, managing teams, improving performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales operations during the night shift
• Monitor daily sales performance, targets, and KPIs
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Implement and improve sales processes, SOPs, and reporting
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and attendance management
• Handle team performance issues, escalations, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure accurate sales reporting, data tracking, and documentation
• Work closely with management to plan sales strategies and improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in sales operations or team management
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
• Willingness to work in a night shift environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO / real estate / international sales / inside sales
• Knowledge of performance metrics and incentive structures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
