Visa Counselor

About the Role:

We are actively seeking female candidates with experience in Immigration Consulting and Process Counseling. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, well-versed with immigration procedures, and capable of guiding clients through the end-to-end visa process. This role is based at our Mohali branch and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding immigration processes, eligibility, and documentation.
• Counsel clients through the entire visa lifecycle, from consultation to successful application.
• Maintain knowledge of latest immigration policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and liaise with immigration authorities and clients for timely processing.
• Maintain organized records of clients and keep them updated on their application status.
• Handle client queries and provide clear, honest communication throughout.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly immigration targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per company diversity hiring goals).
• Prior experience as a Immigration Counselor or Process Consultant is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience in lobbying and handling visa applications preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
• OISC accreditation (if applicable) is a plus.
