Location: Padgha, Bhiwandi (421302), Maharashtra **Role Overview:** As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining a high order fill rate, adhering to TAT/SLA, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and driving continuous innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve 100% order fill rate - Adhere to TAT/SLA requirements - Improve operational and cost efficiency - Maintain zero FG stock variances across all warehouses - Reduce freight costs - Reduce cycle times - Drive continuous innovation - Ensure hygienic warehouse premises - Enhance customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms (internal & external) **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role - Graduation preferably with specialization in Logistics/SCM/Operation - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong people management skills, including motivation and delegation abilities - Proficient in planning and organizing for effective stock flow - Detail-oriented with strong surveillance capabilities - Problem-solving skills with a focus on integrity in decision-making - Proficiency in various warehousing software and data management tools - Ability to meet commitments and develop budgets - Knowledge of legal requirements related to operations - Customer-centric approach (internal & external) - Drive for accountability and respect in all communications - Effective time management and multitasking skills - A mindset for innovation and continuous improvement Join ARK India today and be a part of our dynamic team dedicated to driving success and making a difference in the supply chain industry.,
