Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong skills in data handling, dashboard creation, Google Sheets, and Excel. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of supporting senior management in timely task execution.

Experience: 3–7 years (Data handling & operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintain smooth workflows
• Handle and analyze large data sets
• Prepare and maintain dashboards & automated reports
• Work on Google Sheets and Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
• Coordinate with teams and ensure timely task completion
• Identify process gaps and drive efficiency

• Candidates with relevant diagnostic industry experience

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• Strong Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience in operations/MIS/analytics roles
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
