Operation Manager

As a candidate for the position, you should be well versed in the detailed back-end operation processes related to MF, Life and General Insurance, as well as Fixed income. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all processes related to different financial asset classes - Creating and updating product process flow charts to ensure seamless and error-free processes - Handling various portals related to investment execution for different financial companies - Experience in using the BSE Star Platform for MF transactions - Executing daily online/offline transactions for MF, Insurance, General Insurance, and Fixed income products such as purchase, redemption, switch, renewal, claim settlement, and quote generation - Preparing and maintaining daily transaction reports and MIS - Coordinating with various companies to address any transaction or client-related issues - Collaborating with processing houses to resolve queries related to transactions - Performing multitasking with high-speed and error-free transactions - Communicating with clients to resolve transaction or query-related issues The requirements for this role are: Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in wealth advisory, financial portfolio companies, or any financial advisory firms handling back-end operations Qualification: - Graduation/MBA/BBA with at least 65% marks along with certification in various asset classes Skills: - Humble and soft-spoken - Excellent command over verbal and written English communication - Proficient in EXCEL and PPT - High customer orientation - Willingness to stretch as per workload - Experience in handling ticketing systems - Strong ownership towards work and assigned tasks Please note that the compensation for this position will be as per the company's standards.
