Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational processes including planning, coordination, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee production timelines, vendor coordination, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Handle data management, review performance metrics, and prepare analytical operational reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of B2B business operations across multiple internal and external teams.
• Conduct field visits to stores, vendors, warehouses, and business partners for operational review and process improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor stock management, dispatch planning, and inventory controls.
• Implement SOPs and improve existing operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain strong coordination with internal departments (Production, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics).
• Manage operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in operations preferably in Garment / Apparel / Retail industry.
• Strong proficiency in

  Advanced Excel

• Excellent knowledge of data interpretation and reporting.
• Experience in

  team handling and field operations
