Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive, your role will involve overseeing and streamlining daily business operations to improve efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to optimize workflow, monitoring operational performance, and suggesting improvements. Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and managing budgets, expenses, and operational costs effectively will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for operational challenges - Assist in workforce planning and resource allocation - Prepare reports and performance reviews for senior management - Support business expansion and strategic initiatives - Evaluate vendor and supplier relationships to improve procurement efficiency - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction - Handle crisis management and risk mitigation strategies Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Operations Executive, Operations Coordinator, or similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in using business operations and project management tools - Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
