Role Overview: The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee all online operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, marketplace coordination, and customer experience across platforms like HoYi’s website, Amazon, and quick-commerce partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end order processing — from website orders to dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for inventory planning and stock updates. Maintain product listings, pricing, and content across marketplaces Monitor daily sales performance, RTOs, and fulfillment SLAs. Support in marketing and customer service to enhance post-purchase experience. Analyze operations metrics and recommend process improvements.
