Department: Store Operations Location: Hyderabad – Abids Job Summary: The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations across assigned locations. This role involves regular store visits, operational monitoring, coordination with teams and vendors, and maintaining overall store standards to support business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to assigned stores and ensure all operational processes are followed. Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager/Head in store operations. Monitor and ensure adherence to store operational timings. Maintain store hygiene standards and ensure staff follow proper uniform and grooming guidelines. Ensure all demo devices are connected to the internet and functioning as per requirements. Verify that demo units are placed correctly according to the planogram (Plano). Ensure DCOTA connectivity on all demo devices. Maintain store ambience, including wall cleanliness, floor maintenance, and checking that all lights are in working condition. Perform market visits and audits as required. Coordinate with vendors for any store-related work or maintenance. Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding store issues and ensure timely resolution. Handle cash deposits as per company procedures.
